X-Men #1 (1991) holds the record for the highest-selling comic book, selling around 8 million copies. It is a comic that Jim Lee has worked on and received 5 different variant covers.

We’re going to do a new thing on comic culture called Comic Book Creators. I will name someone who has worked on comics, name some of their notable works, and then tell you my opinion of their work. I want you to rate them from one to 10 in the comments and state why you like or dislike their work. Today, we are going to be doing Jim Lee. Jim Lee is an artist, writer, editor, and publisher. He has worked for Marvel, DC, has his own studio called Wildstorm Productions, and was one of the founding members of Image comics.
Some titles Jim Lee is known for his work on are Alpha Flight, Punisher: War Journal, X-Men vol 2, Wildcats, Gen, Batman: Hush, and Superman: For Tomorrow.
I am actually a big fan of Jim Lee’s work. I especially like the 1990s X-Men series. I would rate his work a 10 just for the 90s X-Men series alone. What are your thoughts?

Spread the love
